Marketplace Meetup

"So what's it really like working in the insurance industry?" Answer this question and more from local college students who are enrolled in risk management and insurance programs. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, beverages, and networking with future industry professionals while sharing your experience working in the exciting world of insurance.

About the event from a member's perspective:
"Last year, we had a unique opportunity to converse with college students at Bowling Green State University in an informal environment, and the dialogue was truly meaningful. Not only did we learn more about today's college students, they were able to better understand our business and the many careers we provide, specifically to our individual companies. The ability to discuss these opportunities and the training our industry provides to prepare students to enter our business was impactful. It was a great way to get the word out on why the insurance industry is a great career choice and engaging with students helped us convey that message."

Our Annual Meeting is being held at The University of Akron which offers a Risk Management and Insurance Degree Program, preparing students for their future careers in the insurance industry.
