Attorneys Greg O’Brien and Stu Harris will lead a presentation focusing on the nuances and need for awareness of Coverage B personal and advertising injury liability.

Tort Reform Developments in the Ohio General Assembly (1 hour) 1:45pm to 2:45pm

Attorney Kevin Shimp and law student Nick Rhodes will discuss the current happenings in the General Assembly concerning tort reform and other efforts to improve Ohio’s civil litigation environment.
